On Thursday, February 8, the first mission of the year began for Doctor Clavel Foundation. The team, led by neurosurgeon doctor Pablo Clavel, anesthesiologist Patricia Galán and nurse Klaus Hebenstrien, took a craniostat to Adama Hospital, Ethiopia.
This instrument is used to immobilize the patient's skull during surgical interventions, increasing safety in neurosurgery and spine operations.
Obtaining this material would not have been possible without the help of MarÃa Francisca de Roviralta Foundation and the law firm Arraut&Asociados, to which we express our gratitude from Doctor Clavel Foundation. Thanks to you, Adama Hospital will reduce the risk of their neurosurgery interventions.
